In 2002 organizing research seminar with Gilberto Perez Campos at Roskilde University: Rethinking the relation between researchers and co-researchers - to connect and problematize interest of development in practice and interest of knowledge.
Since 2001 member of the Board of Directors for the Research Fund of the Association for Pedagogues.
Since 2002 member of the Representation Council for the Danish Psychological Publishers.
2006 member of an expert group for Save the Children in relation to a projects about bullying in Danish kindergartens..
